Permanent Downhole Monitoring System

JHE27 Permanent Downhole Monitoring System is designed for long-term, real-time monitoring of critical downhole parameters such as pressure and temperature. The system offers multiple gauge technologies and surface data acquisition options to meet a wide range of well conditions, from low-pressure applications to high-pressure, high-temperature and highly corrosive environments containing H₂S and CO₂.

The system integrates downhole gauges, electric downhole cable, gauge carriers, cable protectors, wellhead outlets and Surface Data Acquisition Units (SDAU) into a complete permanent monitoring solution. Multiple gauges can be connected through a single cable, allowing operators to continuously acquire, process and record downhole data without well intervention.

The system can also be connected to an internet-based cloud monitoring platform, enabling authorized users to remotely access well data anytime and anywhere. Real-time and historical pressure and temperature data can be viewed through the web platform, providing convenient centralized monitoring and data management for multiple wells and field locations.

With high-accuracy sensing technology, reliable downhole electronics, flexible Modbus/RTU communication and cloud-based remote monitoring capability, JHE27 provides operators with continuous access to reservoir and well performance data. It is suitable for production optimization, injection monitoring, CO₂ injection monitoring, observation wells, well testing, pressure build-up analysis, intelligent completions and high-pressure/high-temperature applications.

By providing continuous downhole data both locally and through the cloud platform, JHE27 helps operators better understand reservoir behavior, optimize production and artificial lift systems, reduce well intervention requirements, improve operational efficiency and enhance overall well and asset management.
